Regarding capsule appearance, based on our strict internal quality system, Lefancaps® uses an intelligent visual inspection system to perfectly control the appearance of each capsule. Through fully 100% inspection on each capsule for 360°, without any blind angel, appearance defect will hardly be found at Lefancaps®’s capsules.
Lefancaps® HPMC capsules, sourced from natural Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, are suitable for vegan and vegetarians. It is of low moisture and anti-brittle, ≥99.5% excellent filling rate. Meanwhile, it can precisely control weight deviation, like ±1mg, ±2mg, ±3mg and±4mg and even able to provide customized weight for customers. Without any specific requirements, same filling machines and moulds can be used for H-caps® as Gelatin-caps®.
According to different formulations and processes, H-caps ® can be divided into 1st generation, 2nd generation and 3rd generation; to be more specific, the 1st generation H-caps® uses carrageenan as the gelata, the 2nd generation H-caps® uses gellan gum as the gelata, while the 3rd generation H-caps ® is free from gelata and takes the advantage of HPMC’s thermal gels function to prepare and produce. The dissolution speed of the 3rd generation H-caps® is very close to that of gelatin empty capsules. When in the acid medium, the 1st generation H-caps® has a better dissolution speed, while the 2nd generation has a lower speed; therefore, users can choose the appropriate product according to the release requirements of ingredients.
Our P-caps® is prepared by using Pullulan as the main material and suitable excipients. Pullulan, fermented by microorganisms, is selected as a raw material for Pullulan empty capsules to control pesticide residues and genetically modified risks, which can meet the special needs like vegetarian and religious needs.
